The Sirens luring Asterix and Obelix to the Isle of Pleasure

The Isle of Pleasure is a location from The Twelve Tasks of Asterix. It is a tropical island on which nectar and ambrosia are abundant and fountains run with wine. It is also inhabited by the beautiful Sirens, whose song can charm men and make them want to stay on the island forever.

The Isle of Pleasure is located in the middle of a lake, and crossing that lake is the fourth task Asterix and Obelix have to complete. The Sirens' song draws them to the island, but Obelix leaves in disgust when one of the Sirens tells him that there are no wild boars on the island. He then calls out to Asterix, who leaps into the lake and swims away.

At the end of the film, Caius Tiddlus chooses to retire to the Isle of Pleasure as a reward for guiding Asterix and Obelix, and Obelix warps there with his wild boar meat when Asterix tells him that "anything goes" in a cartoon.
