Not even Getafix's magic potion (drank by Asterix with Obelix) gonna work effectively when Julius Caesar (before his assassination in March 15, 44 BC during earlier Roman Republic time) calls in air support to unleash 25mm, 40mm & 105mm cannon shells blow up the village to pieces... Though the AC-130U Spooky II gunship's crew members from Mar, 2016AD ain't gonna like this overkill to destroy 1 village. One thing is for sure, many historical events change by this time travel. :P
Does anyone here write idefix and the indomitables fanfics?
TBH, Pirate Lookout's design in the comics is kinda weird looking, his Mikros design is more natural in my eyes
I'm a newcomer
In one of the many Nickelodeon bumpers from the 90's, there's one bumper which has a scene where a butler opens a covered dish which reveals a 'viking' who starts singing a Capella, but then he is abruptly interrupted by the butler crushing him with an orange anvil with Nick's logo.
This is the video which scene appears at 0:20:

The thing is, I remember having watch this bumper long ago, but a gave it no importance, but when I started analyzing this scene, the viking has a mustache like the main character. Also, their shoes, pants and sleeveless shirt are brown, dark red and black, respectively
The tutu, the hat with horns, the shield and the spear seems to work as distractors or cover-ups for this easter egg.
The viking is coincidentally short, big-nosed and for his mustache, he happens to be blond. Also, take in count this is NOT how Vikings look like, but Gauls do.
What do you think? Did you find another Asterix references in other places which is not known yet, besides the discovered ones we know up to date?
I understand that not everyone likes 3D movies, but they have a very nice soundtrack.
Recently, yesterday I was searching movies in Netflix and then the idea to find if there was some Asterix material led me to this unique result:
Besides been disappointed to be zero movies, I recalled that there's an upcoming Asterix series in 2023. The main question is, in which part of the next year we'll get to see a trailer about it, but this space on Netflix tells me that this new series is at the corner. What do you guys think?
Does anyone know who the English voice is for Centurion?
I dont know why Im asking this. Childhood me just needs to know the answer for this question.
Any guesses are appreciated too, thanks!
Have you watched the trailer of the latest Asterix Games; Asterix & Obelix XXXL: The Ram From Hibernia? What do you think about it? I was so happy about the new releasement until find out that it has the same boring camera angle and the 3D models looks so basic when you zoom in.
If you go to the link in this video below and read the comments, everyone criticizes it, calling a XXL3 clone and many more. I just chose the ones who are pretty hilarious or honestly salty:
So sad knowing the fact that this upcoming game has two extra players and uses clones instead of the other characters, so disappointing. Who orders the making of these games? Jean-Yves & Conrad? Or is Microids with Osome making easy money with the Asterix brand?
Whatever the reason, I think another game developer should make these games.
Dogmatix is getting his own TV series soon...

Sure You Can All Agree With Me That Asterix And Obelix XXL is simply the best :)
But What's your favorite location and enemy? Mine Is Always Another, right now it's Normandy! My favorite enemy is the unused Rocket Roman!
